Greatness breeds greatness in this story as one of the best to ever do it in the sport of Armwrestling moulds
his son into one of the best D2 quarterbacks to ever play the game. Tyson Bagent,(son of Armwrestling legend
Travis Bagent) has been lighting up the scoreboard for Division II Shepard University, racking up an impressive
159 passing touchdowns, 16,869 passing yards and a nearly 70% completion rate in four years as a starter.
Breaking record after record Tyson now has his eye on becoming the first DII QB drafted to the NFL since 1999 and
the first Shepherd University player taken since 1960.

Defying all odds runs in the family as father Travis Bagent has overcome many throughout his career. He has been
taking on the strongest heavyweights around the globe while collecting 17 World Armwrestling Championships. Easily
the most Charismatic Armwrestler that has ever lived he was often the underdog in many of his matches
as he harnessed his grit, determination and mental warfare to break down his opponents. His son Tyson has shown the same
tenacity throughout his career with the Rams, ending his final season at Shepard University with 41 passing scores to
just eight interceptions and doing it while being a zero-star recruit.

Tyson has shown so much promise that SportCenter decided to do a piece on the young NFL hopeful. It is a very well done video that takes an in depth look at the Bagent family and how they influenced the development of this young rising star. https://www.espn.in/video/clip/_/id/36268501

We will all be on the edge of our seat Draft day in hopes of seeing Tyson Bagent picked up by an NFL team and maybe just
maybe a return of “The Beast” Travis Bagent to the sport of Armwrestling.
